This Christmas, the Royal Victoria Patriotic Building will transform into a gothic dreamscape as The Nutcracker: A Tango Immersive Experience reimagines the classic Christmas tale through the seductive lens of Argentine Tango.
Created by Emma Lucia Reyes, UK Tango Ambassadors Cup winner, the show fuses live music, world-class dance, 3D visuals, and immersive theatre to deliver a spellbinding night of passion, movement, and festive wonder.
✨ An Unforgettable Evening
The experience begins with a cocktail reception in the historic courtyard, where guests are transported to the bohemian streets of Buenos Aires by the sound of live tango music.
Inside the grand hall, audiences will witness a breathtaking reinterpretation of The Nutcracker: Tango Edition, featuring UK Tango Champions David Chatoriski & Yelena Odin, alongside Emma Lucia Reyes herself and Cuan Durkin a rising tango star.
As the story unfolds, dazzling 3D projections, haunting tango melodies, and electrifying choreography blur the line between performance and fantasy, delivering The Nutcracker as you’ve never seen it before. A once-in-a-lifetime experience!
💫 After the Show
When the curtain falls, the dancing begins!
Guests are invited to stay for a late-night milonga, authentic social tango dancing accompanied by a live band and guest DJ, filling the night with rhythm and romance.
